Your web address is all it takes. Send a logo or photos if you have them. If not, we work from what is already on your old site.

We build the whole site on a working address of ours. A real site, not a mock-up. Your own site keeps running the whole time, and nothing of yours is touched: not the domain, not the hosting, not the email. We never ask for a password at this stage.

Only now do you give us access to your server. We install the site, point the domain at it, switch on SSL and set up your business email. You get written instructions for the panel, and the same instructions sit inside the panel itself.

Six questions, answered straight

Why is my site already rebuilt? I never asked for this.
Because we are new to Australia, and a company you have never heard of has no right to ask for your trust up front. So we do not ask for it. We build first: your own site, rebuilt in full, on a private link that only you receive. You judge finished work instead of a promise. You did not ask for it, so you owe nothing and there is no obligation of any kind. If you want it, it is $1,500 AUD. If you do not, you never hear from us again. We do not send a second email.
What does it cost, all in?
$1,500 AUD, one payment, no GST added. That covers the design, the build, the words, the phone version, SSL, business email and the editing panel, installed on your own hosting and domain. There is no setup fee, no monthly charge and nothing invoiced later. Australian Consumer Law requires the full price up front, this is it.
What happens if I say no?
Nothing. No invoice, no follow-up call, no second email. The rebuild we made is deleted after 30 days and your address comes off our list. You can also click unsubscribe in the email we sent. One click, works immediately, no form and no reason needed.
You are in Poland, not Australia. Why should I trust you?
It is a fair thing to ask, which is why we put it on every page instead of hiding it.
Two answers. First, you can check us in about a minute. Our EU VAT number is PL2220901114. Put it into the European Commission’s VIES checker: it returns our registered name and address from the Polish tax database. Every site in our work is live under a real business name. The reviews sit on a public Google profile.
Second, and more to the point: you pay after you have seen the finished site, not before. There is nothing to take on trust.
How long until it is actually live?
The rebuild we send you takes a few days from the moment we have your address. After your yes, going live on your own domain takes five to ten working days. Your existing site keeps running the whole time. Nothing goes dark while we build, and we map every old address to its new one so Google follows you across.
What do I pay after launch, and to whom?
Your hosting and your domain renew with your provider, as they did before we met, at whatever it charges that year. They are yours, so you get the invoice and you decide. We take nothing from those renewals and you owe us nothing ongoing.
