You send us your web address. That is the entire first step and it costs nothing. If you have a logo, photos or text you want used, send those too — and if you don't, we work from what is already on your old site. That is the whole point.

We design the site, build it and install WordPress. We set up hosting, the domain, the SSL certificate and your business email. Your old site keeps running the entire time.

You get a preview link. Look at it on a laptop and on your phone, tell us what to change - we change it, with no limit and no extra charge. Nothing goes live until you say so.

We point the domain at the new site, switch on SSL and set up your business email. You get written instructions for the panel - and the same instructions live inside the panel itself.

What does a website cost?
A rebuild is $1,500 AUD, with no GST added. That is the price for a site designed for your business, not a template. It covers the design, the build, the words, the phone version, and hosting and your domain for the first year. We tell you the figure before we start — no surprises and nothing added along the way.
What does it cost to keep the site running each year?
The first year of hosting and your domain is inside the price. From the second year you pay the provider directly for hosting and the domain —renewals, paid to the provider at whatever they charge that year. The account is in your name, so you see the invoice and you decide. If you would rather we looked after the site - updates, backups, security, small changes - we can, as a separate arrangement.
How long does a website take?
The rebuild we send you usually takes a few days. Going live after your yes takes five to ten working days, depending on how quickly you send us anything we ask for. We agree the date and keep to it.
How is this different from a template?
We do not buy a template and swap the photos. Every site is designed for the business it belongs to: the section layout, the colours, the images and the words are chosen for your brand and your customers. It is built on WordPress, so you can extend it and update it yourself. The result is finished, and it does not look like a thousand other sites.
