A fair question, and the reason this page exists. Everything we say is checkable: the site we sent you is your own content rebuilt, the price is fixed and stated before you decide, and you pay after seeing the finished work. We ask for no deposit, and no card details to see the site. Our company name, address and registration are on this site and in every email.

From your own website, where your business publishes it so people can get in touch. We do not buy lists, guess addresses, or use personal ones. If your site says anywhere that you do not want unsolicited email, we skip you entirely and you never hear from us.

Yes, under the Spam Act 2003. Consent can be inferred where a business conspicuously publishes an address, does not say it is unwanted, and the message is relevant to that person's role. We check all three before writing. Every message identifies us and carries a working unsubscribe link. See our privacy policy for the detail.

We did not ask, and being annoyed about that is fair. What exists is one private copy of your own material, at a link given to nobody but you. Your text, your photos and your logo stay yours: we claim nothing in them, the rebuild is never published, never indexed by Google, never shown to another client and never used as our own portfolio piece. It is a working copy made so that you can look at a finished thing instead of imagining one. Say the word and we delete it the same day, rather than waiting out the thirty days.

Click the unsubscribe link. One click, works immediately, no form and no reason needed. Replying "no thanks" does the same; we action it the same business day. We keep your address on a suppression list afterwards. That is the only way to guarantee nothing reaches it again.

Yes. The domain stays registered to you and nothing about it changes until you say yes. When the new site goes live we point the domain at it; your existing email addresses keep working, and we set up a business mailbox on the domain if you do not have one. Nothing moves without your say-so.

Nothing. There is no charge, no trial, and no obligation. If you never reply, nothing happens and nothing is owed.

$1,500 AUD, one payment. That is the whole price. There is no setup fee, no monthly charge and nothing added later. The figure in your email and the figure on this site are the same figure.

Your whole site rebuilt. Every page, not just the home page. It works properly on phones, tablets and desktops. Your text and photos, set out clearly. A contact form that reaches your inbox. Map, opening hours, contact details. Built lean so it loads fast, set up so Google can read it, with a secure certificate. You own the files outright.

The rebuild covers a business website: your pages, your words, your photographs, a contact form, a map, your details. A shop, a booking system or customer logins are a different piece of work and we price them separately, before you commit to anything. If your site has one, we say so in the email instead of quietly leaving it out. Your current site keeps running, shop and all, until you have decided.

Tell us what to change and we change it: text, photos, colours, layout. As many rounds as it takes, at no extra charge, until you are happy and only then does it go live. We would rather hand over something you are happy with than argue about a revision count.

No monthly fee, and nothing recurring to us. This is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. Your hosting and your domain are with your provider, as they were before we met. Once you have said yes, we install the site on them, and they keep renewing there, at whatever that provider charges. They are yours, so the invoice comes to you and the decision is yours. We take nothing from those renewals. The site is standard WordPress, so it runs anywhere you choose to move it.

You do, completely, once you have paid. The files are yours, the domain stays in your name, and nothing stops working if you stop paying us, because there is nothing to stop paying.

You pay once. Then you tell us anything you want changed, we change it, and we put the site live on your own hosting and domain. If you would rather install it yourself, we hand you the files instead.

Five to ten working days from your yes. Your current site keeps running the whole time and the switch itself takes minutes. The changes you ask for after paying are part of that time. If we are waiting on something from you, the clock pauses and we say so.

Not because of the move. Your pages keep their addresses, and where an address has to change we point the old one at the new one, so Google and anyone who bookmarked the page still land in the right place. Your text stays your text, and the technical groundwork (speed, structure, the parts Google reads) is done properly and is in the price. What we will not do is promise you a position. Anybody who does is guessing.

Not to build it and not before you say yes. The rebuild uses only what is already public on your website. Afterwards, one login and one only: your hosting panel, to install the site there, and only after your yes. Pointing your domain at the new site is one setting where the domain is registered; if it is the same panel we do it, otherwise you change it yourself in a few minutes with our written instructions. We never ask for your bank, your card or your Google account.

You tell us and we fix it. Thirty days of support are in the price, and a fault in our work is ours to repair at any time, not only in those thirty days. The site runs on standard WordPress, so any developer in Australia can also work on it later.

It is deleted after 30 days. It sits at a private link given to nobody else, is never published or indexed, and is not shown to anyone.

No. You need to be able to tell us what you do not like. That is the entire requirement.

A fair thing to ask of a supplier on the other side of the world. Three answers, in the order that matters. First: you have already seen the whole thing. You are not paying for a promise, you are paying for a finished site you have opened and clicked through. Second: your old site is still running the entire time, so nothing of yours is switched off while you wait, and the domain stays in your name. Third: Australian Consumer Law applies to what we sell you here. The work must be done with due care and skill, be fit for the purpose you told us about, and arrive in a reasonable time. For a major failure you can cancel and get your money back. Those rights cannot be signed away, by us or anyone, and our terms say so in writing.

No. We work by email. If you would rather talk, say so and give us a time, but we will not ring you unprompted, ever.

Being new here is the reason the offer looks the way it does. It is a risk you are taking, not a benefit we are offering, so we carry it: you see the finished site before you decide, you pay once you have accepted the direction, and if you say no there is nothing to cancel. The price is set from Katowice rather than Sydney, which is a fact about our costs, not a favour. What we put against the missing local track record: live client sites you can open this minute, 112 reviews on a public Google profile, and a rebuild that costs you nothing until you have seen it. Judge the work in front of you, not a claim about experience in your postcode.

For you: the price is $1,500 AUD and you add nothing to it. Hand the invoice to your bookkeeper and that is the end of it on your side. The rest of this answer is for them: three things, none of which costs you extra. No GST is added. We are an overseas supplier and are not registered for Australian GST, so there is none to charge. If your business is registered for GST and buys the site wholly for the business, there is nothing to report either: the reverse charge rules only reach purchases that are not wholly for business use, such as an input-taxed activity like residential rent. If your business is not registered for GST, the figure you see is simply what you pay, with no 10 per cent added on top as a local supplier would have to. The 47 per cent no-ABN withholding does not apply. That rule covers supplies made through an enterprise carried on in Australia. We do not carry one on, so there is nothing to withhold. The supplier can be verified independently. Our EU VAT number is PL2220901114. Put it into the European Commission’s VIES checker: it returns our registered name and address from the Polish tax database. Official tool, not our own page. The invoice carries our company name and Polish registration numbers, like any other overseas supplier.

More than with most suppliers, and it is the shape of the deal that does the work, not where we sit. You pay nothing until the finished site is in front of you, so you are never out of pocket for work you have not seen. The domain, the hosting and the files are in your name, so nothing of yours is held by us. On top of that, our terms accept the Australian Consumer Law guarantees in writing: due care and skill, fit for the purpose you told us about, delivered in a reasonable time. A minor failure we fix. For a major one you can cancel and get a refund. There is no clause sending you to a Polish court and no cap on what we owe you. If we will not put something right, you can take it to the ACCC or your state consumer agency without our agreement.

Only after you have seen the finished site and said yes. We send one invoice for $1,500 AUD; you pay by card, in Australian dollars, through a secure payment page, and once it clears we make the changes you ask for and put the site live. No deposit before that, no card details to see the site, nothing recurring to us afterwards.

Because it is the only honest way to show you what you would be buying. Portfolios show you our best work for someone else. A quote asks you to imagine something. This way you look at your own site, rebuilt, and judge the actual thing. You can see what that looks like on 10 sites we have already rebuilt, each one shown as it was and as it is now.

Because we have already done the work before you asked, once, from a tested base we have used thousands of times, then shaped around your business. There is no discovery phase, no pitch meeting, no account manager and no sales commission in the price. What you are not paying for is the process, not the site.
