Everything we say is checkable: the site we sent you is your own content rebuilt, the price is fixed and stated before you decide, and you pay after seeing the finished work. We ask for no deposit and no card details to look. Our company name, address and registration are on this site and in every email.

From your own website, where your business publishes it so people can get in touch. We do not buy lists, guess addresses, or use personal ones. If your site says anywhere that you do not want unsolicited email, we skip you entirely and you never hear from us.

Yes, under the Spam Act 2003. Consent can be inferred where a business conspicuously publishes an address, does not say it is unwanted, and the message is relevant to that person's role. We check all three before writing. Every message identifies us and carries a working unsubscribe link. See our privacy policy for the detail.

Click the unsubscribe link. One click, works immediately, no form and no reason needed. Replying "no thanks" does the same. We keep your address on a suppression list afterwards — that is the only way to guarantee nothing reaches it again.

No. We send once. There is no follow-up sequence, no "just checking in", and no phone call. Silence is an answer and we treat it as one.

Nothing. There is no charge, no trial, and no obligation. If you never reply, nothing happens and nothing is owed.

$1,500 AUD, one payment. That is the whole price — there is no setup fee, no monthly charge and nothing added later. The figure in your email and the figure on this site are the same figure.

No. This is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. We do not hold your domain, your files or your content hostage. If you want to move the site elsewhere in two years, it moves with you.

You do, completely, once you have paid. The files are yours, the domain stays in your name, and nothing stops working if you stop paying us — because there is nothing to stop paying.

You tell us anything you want changed, we change it, you pay once, and we put the site live on your domain. If you would rather host it yourself, we hand you the files instead.

It is deleted after 30 days. It sits at a private link given to nobody else, is never published or indexed, and is not shown to anyone.

No. Your current site keeps running the whole time. The rebuild sits separately until you have approved it, and the switch itself takes minutes.

No. You need to be able to tell us what you do not like. That is the entire requirement.

No. We work by email. If you would rather talk, say so and give us a time — but we will not ring you unprompted, ever.

Two things. No GST is added to the price. We are not registered for Australian GST, so nothing is charged: if your business is GST-registered you account for it under the reverse charge rules, which normally nets out to nothing; if it is not registered, you pay less than you would to a local supplier who has to add 10 per cent. The 47 per cent no-ABN withholding does not apply. That rule covers supplies made through an enterprise carried on in Australia - we do not carry one on, so there is nothing to withhold. You get an invoice with our company name and Polish registration numbers, treated like any other overseas supplier. And if you want the same check an ABN Lookup would give you: our EU VAT number is PL2220901114. Put it into the European Commission’s VIES checker and it returns our registered name and address from the Polish tax database in seconds. Official tool, not our own page.

No. We are based in Poland and we say so on every page. You are dealing with a European studio working with Australian businesses, not a local office pretending otherwise. If you would rather use someone down the road, that is a fair reason to say no — we would just rather you decided knowing the truth.

Because it is the only honest way to show you what you would be buying. Portfolios show you our best work for someone else. A quote asks you to imagine something. This way you look at your own site, rebuilt, and judge the actual thing.

Because we have already done the work before you asked, once, from a standard set of foundations we have built thousands of times. There is no discovery phase, no pitch meeting, no account manager and no sales commission in the price. What you are not paying for is the process, not the site.
